Not so impressing store. Because they’re the only local alternative? Empty shelves is not good for the service. Self check out. Parking.
Decent range of products. Quite loud music playing in the store made it difficult for me to think but otherwise a good shop.
This a popular and well stocked local supermarket and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is an ATM by the main door and free parking adjacent. There was an overflowing rubbish bin by the door and the rubbish on the pavement outside the store detracted from the visit. Great the bin is being used but it needs emptying more frequently please.
A great range but some staples missing
A great wee convenience store, a tad expensive though!
Shelfs where bare and hardly got what a needed and ended up going into asda instead. Staff never made eye contact or even acknowledge a was there just bad manners. Outside of the shop looks dirty.
Always the best, they have worked hard to keep everyone safe. Thank you From all your customers. I have noticed recently that cards and pay by phone are not always accepted. Not the stars fault I think more the company's, please fix many people have commented.
Staff are all lovely, very helpful and have dealt great with covid and implementing social distancing. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Always enjoy shopping here when down in the borders.
Just been in the coop At Melrose staff were outstanding could not help you enough. Great range of products superb shopping experience the go to shop in the area.
Lots of unstocked shelfs, poor organisation at checkouts. Staff doing there best. On different days l had to apologise for getting the queue line wrong. Your fault. Hamish.
