Was with them 8 yrs paying DD every month on the button Then as i was going to move i had left 23.pounds so i stop the DD So i would clear the bill buy the end of the month i was sure they would be ok about it With in a week frist letter then another week second letter Warning me with what would be done if did not pay even after i told them would clear at the end of the month Shame on you Showed your true colours. Never again will i buy of you
Very reliable delivery and always at a good price. No problems whatsoever - well recommended.
Easy to order and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Heating oil prices are usually very competitive as are the JGas prices. Been a customer for 5 years and the deliveries are always timely and the drivers are a friendly bunch too.

I've used Johnston Oils twice now. The online ordering system is simple and straightforward. On both occasions the fuel was delivered days ahead of the estimated date. I'll be using them again!

Always prompt delivery and kind customer service when calling. Never had any issues and delivery of oil has always been quicker than estimated, which is a huge bonus!
Johnston Oils Ltd deliver heating oil to me throughout the year, because I’m in an oil club I receive very competitive rates, they deliver really quickly and when I’ve had to call to settle my account they are always polite, one thing I’d like to see is the ability to pay online, this is the only thing I can think which would improve the service they offer
