Selling old crusty pies as fresh pie prices ??? I have been a customer of this garage for over 3 years but I definitely wont be back !
Excellent service and staff. The deli food here is always fresh.
Stopped in quick for a pie. Stood nearly ten minutes waiting to be served as there is only one assistant behind that counter. She was helpful though when assisted. Then the que to the tills was almost across the entire shop with only one cashier behind the glass. Once the other two cashiers realized that people were getting annoyed did they run to help. Was looking for a quick shop stop in experience and that is clearly not the case. Never again. Next time i will drive further and get assisted quicker. Incident time was 11h55am.
Always support this place but R63 for Paul’s ice cream, it’s crazy. I understand it’s convenience but this is a total rip off. I’ll rather support the smaller sites that consider their clients.
They are very very slow those kids it's like they are forced to work. It's the second time vetting the bad service today it's even worse. They are just talking looking at each other waited for my car for more than 1.5hrs So not happy.
I filled my car there today 28/02/21, when l went to use the toilet l was supposed to pay R2, l didn’t mind paying R2 but the toilet was dirty, l took photos. There was toilet paper rolls on the floor and no toilet paper only 3 serviettes. There was a dirty musk by the basin. Why are we charged for dirty toilets. Please do something about that
I like buying Coffee in the morning when I am around Melrose Arch.
Garage is great, the car wash in the garage on the other hand is terrible, they literally tried to throw away half a packet of tools while trying to take the other half. The boot was not touched at all, no vacuum or anything. R160 later and left disappointed and pissed off. To top it off, they broke the emobilizer. How does one do that? Had to go home, strip the dash board and fix it at 7pm at night. No wonder your car wash was empty
Always the best service also the petrol Attendants are very friendly .
