What a wonderful little find !nMy partner said it was the best chicken burger he has had in a long time . The chips are to die for they are home made !nI had a roasted veg panini what a delight even the side salad was not just a bit of limp lettuce but freshly prepared with lovely cherry tomatoes and a beautiful dressing, well done guys . ps server lovely too 10 out of 10
I had a lovely fluffy omelette with salad and gluten free toast. They are very informed on gluten free options, even down to an alternative balsamic salad dressing. My partner had a spot-on Eggs Benedict. The cakes looked nice and they also have ice cream. Very pleasant and efficient service. They also have a nice terrace out the back.
The food was okay but so over priced for what it was. The steak pit was really runny and was more like a deconstructed pie as the pastry was on the side. We arrived at 1500, served at 1530 and at 1545 they were hoovering around us and doing alot of banging of pots etc...clearly packing up the cafe but it made us feel we had to rush and couldn't talk to each other for the noise. Staff were bickering aswell right next to us which was really awkward.nnDon't think we will be back which is a shame as it sits at a good location. £45 for 2 meals and a two cans of juice is restaurant prices not cafe.
What a fantastic place. Very friendly staff and the freshly cooked food is amazing. Don't be fooled into thinking this is just another café. This goes way above and beyond and you shouldn't miss out on trying it.
Amazing cafe, lovely clean, comfy cafe. Food was amazing. We went for breakfast and it was so good, we went back later for lunch.
