I paid a visit to the store with my wife few weeks ago and was warmly welcomed by a gentleman called Seb. We stopped by just to browse but he was so helpful that I ended up making a purchase for both myself and my wife. Nothing was to hard for him , after approaching us and engaging me in a chat he offered me a seat and offered to measure my foot to confirm my size as I told him I was in between sizes. He then went away to get some shoes for me just to try on. Other members of staff also got taking to us whiles we waited. Great store and lovely staff. Thank you Seb.

Clark's shoes Walsall is a good shop. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Now clarks shoes speak for themself, they are stylish durable and excellent quality. I think that Clark's have been producing excellent quality shoes for so long ,since I was a child and that was five  decades ago .They have the right to be known as a household name.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. I went there to pick my online order and then went back to return those pair of shoes because they weren't comfortable

Took my daughter in to get her school shoes today and was measured by a lovely young lad. But you could tell he didn’t have a clue bless him although he tried his best, he measured my daughter at a 1G my daughter has always been a H as she has eye wide feet. He went to grab some shoes and He said they all fit didn’t ask her to stand in them I had to and checked myself they felt tight and my daughter was also saying they were tight. I then went up to the till where 3 ladies where chatting away I asked for another measure and she was actually measuring up as a H! I felt so sorry for him honestly. Like don’t they have to have any training on this. Especially when your paying £50 for a pair of shoes for a 7 year old! I want them to fit ! Anyway we ended up getting some but I feel I did the job myself

My husband has difficulty in finding comfortable shoes because of an ankle operation.  Seb at Walsall was patient and kind and advised him sowell which made our visit so enjoyable and we'd like to say thank you

I bought school shoes for my son recently. I wanted to find something super light for the warm period. Chloe, the shop assistant was very welcoming, she promptly held us and showed the existing model. The child foot was measured and shoes fit perfectly. Also, we were informed about available promotions and advised the shoe-care. Thank you very much for your service. I will gladly visit your shop again. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised that there is an option to book a store appointment in advance which can be very handy in busy periods like at the end of summer school holidays.

I took my little sister to Clark’s last week and I’ve got to say Habeebah was extremely helpful. Gave excellent advised and was so helpful as soon as we stepped foot into the store. My sister has been wearing these shoes ever since and she’s finding it so comfortable. Couldn’t get them off her!! Habeebah was amazing in assisting us in finding something comfortable, appropriate and appealing to my four year old sister. Keep up the great work!!!

Good location but staff didn't really seem like they wanted to be there

Amie served us today at the Walsall store. She  Did a brilliant job measuring and making sure my sons trainers were the correct fit. Very friendly experience. Always come here also for school shoes.
