Some staff could do with retraining as their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Leave you waiting whilst they have a good gossip. Visiting the loo and no apology for your wait.  A lot of incorrect pricing so best to check everything.

used to be good. customer service can be poor. manager is a bit of an idiot. stock control is not great. not good at greeting at nights particularly

I live right by Tesco but I much prefer the whole shopping experience of Asda. Prices are good and staff are friendly.

Always find what i need. Well stocked. All staff very friendly and helpful. This is my best Asda.

Don't waste your time, shelves are half empty half the time,
Self service tills always playing up.
They don't stock alot of things they used to.
You can wait for ages in the lottery/cigarettes counter, many many times I have walked in and walked straight back out.
