Me and my family come here quite often and the staff don't talk much often. When you need them they can help you. The store is quite large and has a great variety of things. They change the store around quite often so can get a bit confusing. They have a cafe which is convenient but the prices are a bit steep.
This is a newly built outlet we visited in a while. It has a good collection in clothing, footwear and home and personal accessories. The staff was friendly, the merchandise was arranged properly, the location is convenient as well. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience for me. Would definitely recommend.
It's not bad at all. The ques are always long and it takes ages to get through the check outs but generally you get great quality goods and awesome customer service if you speak to any of the team. If you want good quality you know the type buy good quality, you only need to buy it once. Yes this is the place.
---nnnWe visited Boundary Outlet Walsall over Easter because we know they usually have the Easter treasure hunt – something my son really enjoyed last year! We try to come at least three times a year, and this visit didn’t disappoint. I was looking for a new wardrobe and was really impressed with the new layout – it’s fresh and easy to navigate. A special mention to Leanne in the changing rooms, who was incredibly helpful and also got us started with the treasure hunt. She was so friendly and welcoming. Always a lovely experience here – a great place for families. We’ll definitely be visiting more regularly!nn---
Fantastic shop lovely cafe and a great range of clothes, housewares and gifts. They have excellent offers and lots of top brands such as Roman originals, Nike, tog24, they also have an M and S outlet in store with excellent offers. They sell high quality bedding and also have a BHS department selling lovely lightinhnlighting. Can send a whole day here. I would definitely recommend the cake!
