Visited here at 10am. Sat down on the bar stool in a clean, spacious and pleasant smelling environment. There was plenty of space and a pool table… I didn’t get time to play pool, however the young man behind the counter helped me out and didn’t speak to me like I was an idiot for not knowing what the difference between a 0.2 and 0.6 coil was… Sorted me out with a new vape, set it up for me and went through the functions. Also discussed different juice types/ strengths in detail. This is what I wanted - I have been on other shops in the local area, that although well stocked with vape; they are not well stocked with charisma or customer service skills. 100% will recommend and visit again for any vape supplies I may need. Also, don’t forget to order me a 5ml tank! Thank you so much :
Best vape shop in the west Midlands, extremely helpful staff, great atmosphere and a huge selection of devices juices and accessories, if you are a vaper or a smoker that is thinking about taking up vaping make vape inn your first visit. They give great advice and will help you out.
Very friendly staff, and very knowledgeable. They help you out trying different flavours and care about your experience, don't feel intimidated walking into the shop, I recently got into vaping and the staff sorted me out with some nice flavours for a very good price. Highly recommend this place!
Never tried valine before but as a 20 a day smoker that had just been told I was asthmatic I knew I had to try. Went to the shop and explained my situation. The owner was friendly and helpful and I really got the impression he wasn't just trying to bleed me for money. I haven't smoked for a month now and each time I've been back to the shop for more liquid I've had the same good experience. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
Great staff and atmosphere and no expense spared on making the shop a perfect hang out. Pool table, arcade machines and enough premium juice and hardware to satisfy any vape enthusiast. Would highly recommend.

Best shop in the west midlands, brilliant owner, best customer service out there! The vape meet's are very chilled, perfect place I highly recommend vape inn! I promise you will not regret it!
I'm BIG into vaping and been around to say the least and these guys really know their stuff. Hooked me up with a great little mod box, branded non leaking tank and the fullest of flavour juices. 1000 times better than the usual market junk and cost only a faction more. The 'inn' is a really cool place to hang out, pool table and chill out sofas, I could see it been a cool local hotspot with no bother. The staff are what sets this place miles ahead of anywhere else, very welcoming / friendly, top product knowledge without been patronising, real down to earth guys. I'll drive past other vape shops just to visit Vape Inn!
I only get my vape hardware from here. Danny and the boys are experienced, honest and respectful vape dealers. I make my own vape juice but my mods, tanks and coils are always from here
