Really great business!! Have made a few purchases from Absolute Snow and couldn’t be happier, the products are really well priced, super quick delivery has been next day every order I placed. Have contacted the team once before to ask for advice and they were really helpful and also had to return an item my bad, I read the description wrong but also meant I was able to use the really simple returns system they have, everything is so simple and quick! Keep it up guys! Never had an issue with the products I have bought from here either :

Absolutely brilliant shop! Have used this for years for all of my snow attire, my boarding hardware anything I need this is my go to. You will be hard pressed to find something you want that they don't stock. Fast delivery, never had a problem. Deserve more than 5 stars.

I think this is the best service I've ever had with an online purchase! I ordered some climbing gear for a Xmas present so I was a bit worried about the timing, as Xmas is next weekend and Royal Mail and Parcel Force are both experiencing strikes. I placed the order on Saturday evening, choosing the fastest delivery option, but didn't expect the order to be picked up until Monday. But I had two update messages from Absolute Snow on Sunday and another on Monday and the goods arrived on Tuesday. Really amazing service! The price was the lowest too, among several suppliers that I compared for the same items.

I love the attention to great customer service at Absolute Snow, especially the communication through picking, checking and dispatch. I shall definitely be using Absolute Snow for climbing gear again.

I currently live in Israel, the delivery speed is unbelievable. Wonderful customer service kept me updated on every step. I actually wrote an email asking them to hurry up the delivery as I have an upcoming holiday in 3 weeks. Delivery estimate is 4 days. Not the first time buying there, definitely not my last. One happy customer here!

Excellent service, very efficient and straightforward.  Great range of goods at very good prices.  Particularly like the update emails for each stage of processing & dispatching my order.  Highly recommend and will use again!

Absolute awful, quality checking process before delivery, received an e-mail prior to delivery stating “hi my name is Roxana and I have checked your package before dispatching” Ski boots arrived damaged and worst of all had different soles, one had alpine and one had gripwalk. Only conclusion is that one has been used as a display model and one had never seen the light of day. Sent notification and to be fair came straight back to me with free deliver returns, if product is found to be in line with my complaint. If not I will be charged for returns !!!! Shambles

Absolute-Snow had the item I wanted at the best price I could find. Somehow I ticked the expensive postage option, which was indeed fast, but I had not wanted to pay for this. They refunded it, so I am grateful and happy! I bought two different sizes of the item I ordered, and the returns seem to be an easy ish process. Very happy with the prompt replies to my desperate pleas regarding postage. Have used them before, and will again.

The Absolute-Snow team are a fantastic bunch of customer-focused online snow shop. As an international buyer I’ve raised a number of questions with them and I’ve always had prompt and courteous responses. No question has ever been too much to ask. I rate their service as gold standard. There are some snow shops here in Australia that have an online presence that could learn a great deal from Absolute-Snow! Thankful for a pleasant purchasing experience!

I have bought things from here more than once , spoken to them and returned one item... on all counts I had no problems at all.. even delivery arrived when it was said. It has been a professional experience and first class service. Many thanks to all involved.
