I always have a positive experience in this shop. The manager Charlie is so polite and friendly, always willing to make a customer happy with their purchase or a return. He inspires his staff. Neil the gentleman who sold me my shoes was very polite and professional even though it was 6 pm closing time. He never rushed me. In fact I was in their shop at other times after closing, still buying shoes and noone made me rush.
Lucas, another sales person who is also polite and helpful has always tried his best to get me the shoes I wanted.
So for this shop it is 5 stars!

Small stores but has a very good range of products, the service is ok, some friendly helpful staff and some felt like they went out the night before had one too many drinks :)

They didn't have my size, so I had to order the item online, but I guess it's good to see the real product on the display

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered some shoes online, only for them to send out the right receipt, the right box and incorrect shoe size yet they refuse to take them back. Even discussed with the customer service team and they refused also! Failure to take responsibility of their own mistakes and the customer has to take the hit with the cost of the shoes. It upsets me that I have to post 1 star for a service rating.
