I went to this shop with my mum who was very unsure about what to buy, so she tried a lot of shoes. Blake was  patient, attentive and very professional. Highly recommend to visit this branch! Solange

I've visited a few times since lockdown ended, with my 80 year old mum. All the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful - I've never seen service like it! I'm always happy to look in-store, however their Head Office is only sending size 5 or 6 shoes currently, so that's great for my mum, but not me. That's not the fault of the sales staff, who are as frustrated as I am, as a customer. The staff always advise that I can order on-line, but I would rather try-before-I-buy. How can the staff be expected to make profits for Hotter if Hotter aren't sending the store a wider range of sizes? A ridiculous situation for all concerned.

Love this shop. As I have big fat feet and can only find footwear to fit my needs here. Some of the designs are lovely, even for larger feet. But they do gorgous shoes for ordinary feet too.

I am always very happy with the service I receive from the friendly, knowledgeable  and helpful staff - 10/10 - and I always leave absolutely satisfied. I do like the shop layout, mirrors and furniture; they're lovely and stylish. The look and feel of the place is far from an ordinary shoe shop. I am amazed at the extreme comfort and fit of Hotter's shoes; never have I owned anything so comfortable I own three pairs. Wide fit shoes are also available which is great if, like me, you struggle to find wide fitting comfortable shoes elsewhere.

Have bought several Hotter shoes and boots and am very happy with them. Went to the Kingston branch today and was very unhappy with the sales person. They were disinterested, sullen and rude. We were given no help or service. It’s a shame because the other assistant was helping others and couldn’t do enough.

I just bought my first pair of shoes there but my comment will be about the service. I asked to try models in size 39 6 and that young lady came back telling me I have it in size 37 or 41 only. Do you want to try them on? Mmmmhhh let me think. No?! Then I asked to buy a product to protect the shoes and was presented with a product saying "cleaning". At this moment luckily the manager arrived and sold me the protector product I wanted. The manager seemed to be the only person there knowing his job.

Friendly staff and, somehow, the shoes are distinctively different. Particularly good if you have problems with your feet as the shoes are designed, genuinely, with comfort in mind. But they are not boring.

My wife needed to replace some slippers bought on-line because they were too big. The Assistant dealt with it quickly and efficiently

Lovely shop. Becoming a rarity now. came from Stanmore because anything nearer had closed. Very helpful and attentive staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable shoes in a wide variety of styles. Shop well positioned in the market place at Kingston upon Thames.
