Lovely store. Well laid out. Matching shoes and bags really caught my eye. Staff were friendly and asked if I needed any help. Said no and they let me peacefully have a look around. Didn’t have anything in store that really made me want to buy something. Either too plain or too over the top for me. They do have some impressive heels though. Have bought a pair of boots and shoes from here before and they have been great quality and really comfy to wear. They are a bit expensive but the products are worth the money as they last years and are really comfortable.
The young lady that dealt with my exchange in store today was amazing! She was so helpful and fully sympathised with my frustrations in regards to customer service completely ignoring my emails to request a return for a refund! I drove over an hour away just to so I could get something back to compensate on the faulty boots because my emails were constantly ignored. This lady was so kind and helpful she’s exactly the kind of staff member that should lead an example to anyone else that can’t be bothered. She needs a pay rise and promotion!

I visited the Watford store today and would like to report that the customer service by the staff, especially the Manager was excellent and beyond reproach. Good service these days is virtually non existant in so many stores and always worth a mention when you have had a good experience. I have been converted and will, in future, make Aldo my first port of call when shopping for accessories and I might add, so will my husband who has rather large feet 13 in the hope that he will finally be able to buy decent fashionable shoes, he can but try! Thank you.
Im not impressed with Aldo even they have nice looking shoes. My boyfriend bought for £60 pounds shoes after discount, they were plactic and broke after few weeks. For this price I was expecting something better. Always check what they are made of before buying.
Small store but the store assistants were lovely and we managed to find what we were looking for with ease.
Nice shoes but appalling service in the Watford store. Quick to approach you when u enter the store but just plain forget about you when you are ready to buy and ask to see the shoes you want. Left the store without purchasing. Sloppy.

Got voucher for Christmas could use it online so went to store Eliana ordered everything to my house, I can say best shoping expierience i ever had. Recommend this store to anyone.
