A decent shop for men's and women's clothes reasonably priced ok standards

Staff are very unhelpful and unprofessional, this has happened many times when I've asked for help in this specific store, I ordered something to collect in store, I travelled there after work to collect it after receiving email, as I walked to the counter after someone was done being served the young girl skipped off laughing with a colleague and left myself and another customer standing there, after being left at the counter unattended for a long time I went downstairs to ask a lady who looked like the manager if someone is serving upstairs, she listened then continued to type on a work related device not responding to me to which I repeated "are you able to get someone upstairs" to which she glared at me whilst placing her hands out patronisingly telling me she would get someone, I walked away after asking why she hadn't answered me and she laughed at me, I was left upstairs for 20 minutes to be told they couldn't find my package........ every time I'm in this store it seems run by young temps who treat it like a social event, but even worse a manager (very tall blond lady) who seems to have no customer experience or willingness to be polite, will be paying extra for delivery from now on
