I phoned ahead, about a style I saw online and found they had a variety of sizes and widths in that style. I visited. I had the sole attention of one of the assistants who remembered my phone call. After trying on four different pairs quickly I was able to purchase and now own a wonderfully comfortable pair of shoes.
Shoes are good, customer service is fantastic. Every staff member we have seen in this shop has been brilliant. A special thanks to Niki however, as she has been looking after our girls for over 3 years now and always brings a smile to their faces. She is a real credit to the company
Great trip to Clark’s today, to get my boys their very first pair of shoes! Thank you to Jayne for all your help
Took my grandson in for school shoes and were served by Jess. My grandson has autism and adhd and so a trip to Clark’s often ends in tears and no shoes. However, Jess was amazing with him and to our surprise she managed not only to measure him but to try 2 pairs of shoes and walk out with his favourite pair! Thank you Jess, will definitely come back for his next pair
Thank you to Niki at Clarks, Eastleigh for her kindness, patience and help in getting some lovely boots for our 2 year old grandaughter. She made the whole experience such fun and the fact the boots were on promotion was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this store for brilliant customer service.
A really good shopping experience. Very knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to order the shoes I wanted online as not in stock instore. Was surprised when I went to collect my order a few days later as the lovely sales lady remembered my surname and even what I was wearing saying the new sneakers will match the 3/4 shorts I had on when I was last in. I am blown away. Excellent service.
Rocked up without an appointment to get son's feet measured and new school shoes. All done and dusted within 10mins by a very helpful and polite young lass sorry, I forget your name. Only way to improve the experience would be to give me the shoes for free or throw in a beer or two
Went to get new shoes for my granddaughter and was wonderfully supported by a young Sikh gentleman didn't get his name, who measured her feet and found suitable footwear for her.
Would like to see the store stock women's shoes up to a size 8, popped in for some new work shoes, after taking a long time to pick out a few options the staff member went back to find them in my size only to say they only go up to a 7 in store so I'll have to try online. No mention of returns policy so didn't feel like the service was up to scratch.
The Eastleigh store wad brilliant and the shop assistant that helped us was brilliant. We were getting first shoes for our little girl and found exactly what we needed.
