First cinema outing in ten years, first time here. Booked online, so walked straight in, showed phone. Premier seats comfortable, enough leg room, temperature warm to start but cooled as went on. Was in summer clothes, but had layers if needed. Didn't need them.nSound loud but not oppressively so. Picture quality good. Film, entertaining. Alien Romulus. No spoilers.
Pretty much all self service and staff were great when grabbing my refreshments and the validation of my ticket. Went for the premium option. Comfortable seats. The auditorium temperature was managed well throughout the course of the film. Popcorn tasted good. Was a most pleasant experience. Recommended
The only reason it made 2 stars is because the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient.nnWe were in screen 10. My goodness those seats are uncomfortable. Not sure how they managed to make a modern seat look so lovely and be so hard to sit in.nnHowever the real horrid part was the toilets. Urine was running down one of the wall panels and had been for a while because the wood had started to blow. It was down the wall and along the floor.bone urinal was closed but not the one by the leak and 2 of the 3 cubicles were closed.nnNo hot water in the taps...nnMaybe I went on a bad day for them? See picture of toilet wall...yuk! It smelt as bad as it looked!!
Never much to moan about when it comes to swing a film. standard Cinema night out. However, £36.98 for seats that look like they’ve been brought down Christchurch tip on the weekend takes the Pi$$ a bit? Never a good look when staff are on their phones behind the counter or checking tickets. Would have liked a better experience for my money.
Lovely cinema right in the centre of Bournemouth. Modern clean facilities with a choice of screens and seats. We love a recliner but they are close to the screen Food choices are great. They have pizza, chicken, hotdogs plus all the usual sweet snacks. There's also a bar upstairs so you can take a beer or wine in if you want, make a night of it. Staff are friendly and happy to help.
