Super delicious authentic Chinese food. We tried the soft shell crab and two kinds of BBQ pork, and it was perfect. The waiters was friendly and helpful, and suggested that I got some of their homemade hot oil for the pork, quite a bite to it but very good with the meat. My best friend booked for us to celebrate Chinese New Year. All I can say this place is amazing,friendly welcoming atmosphere with attractive staff and amazing food. We ordered 6 special Chinese New Year dishes and it was very delicious. It was all so fresh and tasty. Absolutely 100% will come back again. Thank you for looking after us .
Chinese Bottomless Brunch in Russell Square I went to @chinacitygroup , which is just 3mins away from Russel Square station, have a Chinese bottomless brunch with my foodie buddies. The owner was so nice and the staffs were friendly & attentive. Really enjoyed the moment with these two lovely ladies in such a good restaurant with unlimited Prosecco WHAT WE HAD Dim Sum Platter Black bean aubergine with Chow Mein Roasted meats with egg fried rice Black bean beef with rice Bottomless Prosecco For starter, all of us chose dim sum platter which included prawn dumpling and Shu Mai. Love the crystal dumpling with firm prawns inside The main course was in big portion. Black bean sauce would never go wrong with any ingredients. The roasted meats including duck, Cha Siu & pork belly. Flavourful and tasty. Celebrated my 30th Birthday here with friends and family and couldn't be more grateful to the whole team and food that night. The starters and mains we ordered were delicious and authentic especially the steamed fish and roast meats! Very impressed how quick the food came considering there were a lot of us there. We ended up having a big karoake session which was organised by the owner who was absolutely amazing to all of us that night! Thoroughly recommend to come here for celebrations and birthdays and will definitely come here again : thanks again. Greg
On the 7th of August I went to have a dinner business dinner with some Colleagues, and had to express my wonderful experience at this wonderful spot. The food and service is amazing plus atmosphere is excellentas lots of business is difficult to gind staff in the sector due to Covid-19. This restaurant is located in one of the most known areas in the UK call Russell Square. I have to admit that evening the restaurant looked pretty busy. Im a foodie person and nothing best that a place where you feel welcoming and confie. Definitely recommended either if you go for a gathering with friends, family member or as i did, business meal, even as a tourist. Find attached some amazing pictures from the place. Definitely coming back!!!! Also thanks to the wonderful Chef for even coming to us to ask if we were enjoying the food, my opinion that everythingis was, is marvellous and felt welcoming ,fed and the way I will treat my guest/customers in hospitality industry. Decent Chinese restaurant offering dishes from various regions, fast and attentive service
Couldn't fault it, had a great evening with work colleagues and really enjoyed the meal. Very Close to our hotel which was ideal. Went for a set menu, mixed starters, followed by crispy duck pancake rolls and then several main course dishes beef, chicken, vegetables, noodles and special rice which hit the spot. They were also very helpful to one of my colleagues who required a Gluten free option.
We went for lunch and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and tasted very authentic. The staff were courteous and attentive to providing good service. We ordered the banquet which was excellent and generous serving for all of us to enjoy. I will definitely be back again!
Asian food as good as it gets. Food was sooo tasty, service was excellent and prices were fair. Definitely plan to return. Would definitely recommend to anyone that likes authentic Asian cuisine. I wouldn't hesitate to try anything off their menu!Food: 5/5
It’s THE BEST Chinese place in London!!! The best food, amazing prices, the best service possible!!! I am a great fan of the food, prawn dumplings are literally the best on the whole world for such an affordable price. Sweet and sour chicken is great!!! I’ve been to so many Chinese places and in the majority of them the service is so poor, the staff doesn’t even look at you but just throws the menu to you, but not here!!! The best team, very friendly and welcoming, very helpful! Thank you Chinese City team for the great work you do
