We stopped in after a long walk at a busy time. It did take the staff a bit long to attend to us after being seated, but after that the attention was non-stop to refill water glasses, keep our tea pot fresh, bring food and clear dishes. Super excellent for a very busy tourist location. Our food was delicious! We started with soups and a hot appetizer crispy spicy chicken and then completed our meal with an assortment of seafood-based Dim Sum, which were freshly made and served hot. My advice: chill out, relax, and enjoy a leisurely meal!
As expected from a typical tourist spot in Chinatown, the experience was rather disappointing. Here's a breakdown of the dishes we tried: Cashew Chicken: 3/10. If you enjoy cornstarch and canned mushrooms, this dish might appeal to you. Otherwise, it's not impressive. Fried Fish: 6/10. It was crispy and salty, but nothing extraordinary. Fried Tofu Cubes: 4/10. These were not crispy and were fried too lightly, leaving them still white. Chicken and Beef Skewers: 4/10. Unfortunately, these were deep-fried instead of grilled, and the sauce was overly oily. Overall, it's best to skip this place if you're looking for quality Chinese cuisine.
This restaurant opens till near midnight when we walked in. There was a good selection on the menu & the service was good.Food: 3/5
We had a lovely time here, we went late on a Friday night to celebrate our anniversary. The food came out quickly and was very tasty. It was also very reasonably priced for London especially the duck. Both mains were tasty too and overall was a complete success and had so much food we brought some home. Had a brilliant time and can’t recommend more.
Visited my favourite spot for quick dinner after happy hour. Their char siu fried rice was my all time favourite. Never disappointed for their foods in general. The wait staff were friendly and humourous.Food: 5/5
TRAP. RUDE. We wandered China town looking for some comfort food well knowing that most places in this area are tourist traps. Upon checking the menu, prices seemed okay and the lady in front of the restaurant was really friendly. She got us a table but the waiter who took our order was SUPER RUDE. My girlfriend asked how spicy the curry would be because there was one pepper next to the dish on the menu and her spice tolerance is not so high. Instead of simply answering the question, the waiter condescendingly said that ‘curry is always spicy’ not even answering that question and practically laughed at the question. My girlfriend and I were flabbergasted. After taking our order he rudely informed us to pay immediately since we were sitting outside which was fine. Again it was the tone and the manner in which he said it that was totally unnecessary and rude. In hindsight we should have left the minute he disrespected us. We knew we were walking into a touristy restaurant but expected at least some polite service. Moreover, the food was served instantly. The rice was cold and the soup was flavourless. The table was not yet dressed when we arrived but they didn’t even bother to do so. They tossed some cutlery and plates on our table an that was it. not even laying it out as you would expect at a restaurant. It was a bad experience. Luckily we payed before so we ate quickly and got out of there.
Honestly, I don’t leave reviews, but this is a scam. Re-heated food with small portions. And most of all, NO TRANSPARENCY with the bill. None of the prices were listed, only the total amount was given. The tip was already included in the total, but they still asked a tip! DO NOT COME HERE.Food: 1/5

10/10... amazing restaurant I recommend the prawn dumplings in noodle soup, chilli oil, egg fried riceabsolutely delicious and the mint tea fills the cup about 12 times or more. Their portions are huge and the flavour of their food is authentic. The staff are all attentive and nice! The prices are quite decent check images. Loved it, will be coming again very soon. A very happy customer!
