Brought a Voodoo Bizango bike into the shop and asked for a specific fork upgrade. Was told it was not possible to do so by two separate members of staff after keeping my bike for a week. This was despite my advising they simply get a Hope Mix'n'match external bottom cup to complete the job. In the end, took my bike to Cycle Surgery in Bromborough who completed the job for me in good time. Enjoyed Llandegla on my bike today and dropped by Cyclehouse to show them the error of their ways today. Alas, it looks like the Cheshire Oaks location is now closed for business. I hope the Warrington branch does a better job for mountain bikers!

Bought my first bike in years from here after trawling the usual bike suppliers. The staff where very friendly, helpful and informative which enabled me to make an informed decision. This is not a cheap bike shop, but the bikes are top quality and that is what you are paying for plus the excellent service. I love my bike (Marin Hybrid), it makes cycling a pleasure as the bike is so light weight and easy to ride. I can't fault Cheshire Oaks cycles I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I purchased a Raleigh Strada E from Cyclehouse. When purchasing the bike they were very friendly and honest, I tested the medium size frame and I am a bit impatient so if they had said it was fine I probably would have bought it as they didnt have a large frame in stock but they were honest and said I needed the larger frame. Due to their honesty I ordered the bike with them even though I could have gone to another shop and got the bike quicker. They kept me up to date with the delivery of the bike and asked me whether I would be getting anything with the bike so they could fit these for me ready for collection. They fitted me mudgaurds, lights and the rear pannier. I picked bags to go with it when collecting the bike and I am very happy with it! I would definitely recommend the store to anyone. Really friendly service and a great shop, good selection of bikes / accessories and the guys in there are all great. Also highly recommend the Raleigh Strada E if you are looking for a electrics bike, a lot of bike for the money! So if you are looking for a electric bike take a trip to Cycle house at Cheshire oaks. If you guys at Cycle house read these reviews. Thank you. Jon

i bought a new bike from Cheshire Oaks Cycles using the "On Your Bike" scheme, i found the staff in store to be very helpful guiding me through the choices on offer and also educating me on lots of new cycling technology which has been developed since i got my last bike some 14 years ago. on collection of the bike they helped me to adjust it so it fit my needs and also recommended some local areas which i should ride. there was lots of tea and coffee on offer whilst i was deciding on sizes and such. in my opinion having been to many other bike shops trawling through lots of mundane bike shaped objects whilst being "asked do you need any help there?" This store is refreshing relaxed but above all full of dedicated and knowledgeable staff who clearly know the products they are selling inside out and also enjoy cycling. i would highly recommend using this store not only to friends but also to everyone else i meet along the trail. Thanks very much to Chris, Phil, Tod and all the other guys (sorry cant remember names) who made my difficult choices seem easy. A SOLID 9.5/10

Just bought a brand new Vilier racing bike from this company - this isn't the first time I've purchased bikes from here and I have to say that every time I have visited the premises, I've been treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The bike fitting and the advice is second to none and I always go out of my way (miles wise) to ensure I come back here. I HIGHLY recommend the Cheshire Oaks Cyclehouse to anyone out there. I intend to spread the word how good they are. A special thanks to Phil and Simon for all their help getting me back on the road today. Well done Team. Peter Rigby.
