was very happy with their service when i purchased my bike. however not so happy with the post sales service. since i was late for the free 6 week check since the bike hadn't been used. now it costs a minimum of 30 pounds for them to do anything / look at the bike.
Tried to charge me for a new cassette and chain when I only needed a gear tune up. Apart from that store is very modern and clean with competitive prices on parts and bikes. Probably best to get a second opinion on what your bike needs if you lack expirance.
Amazing customer service start to finish from Steve and the team. I bought my Whyte Suffolk from them in April 2014. Friendly informative non pushy service. Fantastic after sales too. Nothing is too much trouble. Thanks chaps, Martin C
Terrible experience. They have a ‘Captain Jack’ lookalike elderly female sales associate who looks a like her she applies her make up with a trowel. She is about as much use as Anne Frank’s Drumkit. Rude and aggressive - loved to name and shame the old bint but she wasn’t whereing a name badge and her poor personal hygiene precluded me from hanging around for an update. Avoid avoid avoid.
tried and failed to have me off when I went to them for a new chain set and 10 speed cassette ! told me I needed a new wheel for £150 when my son fitted a new 10 speed cassette to his own bike, riding on exactly the same wheels as those on my bike !! taking the Michael!!!
COMPANY IN LIQUIDATION This company is in liquidation. Do not buy from this company, it and it's sister companies are also in trouble. They'll take your money and you'll soon receive a message saying that they're unable to send the item and also unable to refund your money. You have been warned. Will copy and paste this on their sister companies. Do not get scammed by these.
Great staff, helpful, friendly and informative. Couldn't ask for anymore. Can't wait to get on my new whyte 909!
Some nice clothing options, albeit limited size availability. Bike range is pretty limited.
