I only drove onto the car park to test it. The tents which were displayed looked great
Nice display of clothing, reasonable friendly staff, a good variety and a relatively clean floor space.nnThe toilets are an absolute disgrace however!nnThree of the female toilets were blocked completely with toilet roll. One had included fecal matter in, and the other one had urine in.nnNone were suitable to be used and the toilet seat seats are all hanging off.nnI tried the disabled toilet instead, and this wasn’t much better with the raised support bars not working and the toilet seat yet again hanging off. No soap in the dispenser.nnGo outdoors you really are letting yourself down with this state of affairs!nnWhen I left the shop, I quietly and kindly mentioned this to the very young boy at the counter who didn’t know what to say. It seemed he was unused to dealing with people in any other way, than just taking their money and saying goodbye.
Huge shop with a huge range of goods from all the major suppliers for outdoor activities - camping, hiking, fishing, horse riding etc Good discounts if you join the loyalty scheme. Huge car park . Helpful staff.
Excellent service buying our electric bikes from here. Simon and Carl were extremely helpful
If you are going for fishing tackle don’t bother they don’t stock much not even worth a visit very poor annoying if you have traveled far to the store
