Cheshire Meet & Greet Airport Parking

Unbelievably terrible Meet and Greet was booked for 5:00 We rang them at 4:45 - they told us they would be there just after 5:00. We arrived and waited for 10 minutes. My partner then went to check the bags in. We rang them and said they would be a further 15 minutes as they were busy. At 5:30 we rang again as we had a 2 year old with us. We were told driver was on his way and would be an other 5 minutes. We explained about our child. At 5:45 we rang again - Again the driver was 5 minutes away. We then rang at 5:55 and we were told the driver was there and should be able to see him anytime now. At 6:10 he arrived - boarding started at 6:40 this gave us 30 Minutes to complete passport control etc Would not recommend or use again

So - Cheshire Meet and Greet - what an outfit. I work in the area and watch this shower on a daily basis. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! So you have worked hard to afford your dream car regardless of its value - its your pride and joy - then you choose to go on holiday and think I will protect my pride and joy and pay this "company" to take it from me at the airport, look after it, drive it with care and ensure it is parked safe and secure and under CCTV cameras. Wrong! Cars being parked by this company range from cheap and cheerful to £50k plus... They take it from you drive it like a maniac over speed bumps and abandon it on a public street in the immediate less than crime free locality.... and leave it there. Then you come back from your hols where it is collected by a maniac who drives it at speed again over the speed bumps, hopefully avoiding the oncoming traffic as it is on a blind bend. I have had to swerve on several occasions to avoid hitting your pride and joy. They don't care, they are ripping you off and if you wanted you could park your car there for free and jump on the tram - if you were happy it was an appropriate place to park it. Manchester Evening News are already investigating this along with the local police. You have been warned!!

After reading previous reviews on this company we were nervous to say the least, but had to go ahead with our booking as it was too late to look else were. I have to say the service we received was excellent. 8:30 pic up was on time, the young gentleman was very well presented well mannered and very helpful. When returning home we did not know what to expect, we arrived at 5:30am and called straight away to be told they would be outside to greet us, we had two young children and we're delayed picking up our luggage, but when we got outside a young gentleman was there to greet us and again very helpful helping us with our luggage as we took care of the children. So needles to say we will definitely use this company again.

Do not book with this company. They left me and my friend stranded for just under 6 hours. They communicated for the first two hours with some Bullshit excuse of loosing the keys to where her car was stored. We believed them until they took of two hours to do an hour and half journey. They then turned there phones off and did not answer their office phone. When they eventually turned their phone back on just over 2 hours later and answered they told me they were on the wrong terminal. They did not even have the decency to ring me and keep me updated. They just wanted until I rang them and lucky got through. Even staff at Manchester airport told me that numerous customers had complained and the police had been involved. When we got the car back just over five hours later. Their story didn't add up. I would MEVER use this company again. I'd advise anyone else to read the reviews on this company as the majority are poor and similar or worse then my experience!!! Not sure what they do with the cars when they have them but their was food on the floor and the smell of Bo was horrendous!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I am still waiting to hear off them for a refund!!! Never had such customer service in my life!!!!!

Never suggest them, they came 20 min before my flight, and they given car with damage, not responding to the phone, email anything.... they are big big cheaters.... Car driven 75 Miles.... i don't know what they are doing with car... I lost my Car Perfume also.... Cheap fellows.... I don't want to give 1 Star but no choice..
