Excellent cafe and great walks. The museum contains interesting information about the lift. There is a lovely playground too.

Lovely friendly place with lots to do. From history, crafts, a nice play area, shop, cafe & outside canal boats with little stalls. The shop sells duck food, there's a nature reserve with plenty of picnic benches, not forgetting the amazing boat lift. We could spend all day here with the children or not.

Brilliant walk around the Nature Park. There is so much to see and do. Finished off the day at the Anderton Boat Lift & Museum.
