Lovely area to walk round. Look out for exhibitions in the Rangers office. The car park machines weren't working. Shame as it would be worth investing more in this area. Toilets, outdoor cafe, etc fine but could be developed from temporary buildings.

Beautiful sounds of the birds throughout our walk. Skirting the lake and then through the blue bell woods up to the canal. Finishing at the park to tire out the little legs. Love the place.

Fabulous. Open air pool. Lake. Gardens. Clean toilets. Food and drink although took own picnic

Quiet. Good scenery and good variety of it. Nice mobile cafe on weekends with great coffee. Excellent links to wide variety of other adventurous paths from there including lakes, rivers, woods and fields. Bird reserves everywhere great Bird watching.

Always nice having a stroll around the park. There's a small cafe just by the car park and toilets if you need to go. The walk around the park is very flat and covers woodlands, open areas, lake and canal. There's also a small playground for the little ones. In summertime they open the outdoor swimming pool, and from memory it was around £5 / person. If you want a slightly longer walk then cross over the canal bridge which will take you to Neumann's Flashes. Depending on the route you take the flashes will add another 30-45 mins to walk around.
