Make sure you get a booking confirmation. We turned up at 3am and waited 20mins in the dark before someone came. He ask your name and after a while more he said we weren't booked in and that they were full. Not very nice as we were only 2hrs from boarding. Ruined the start of our holiday. He then told me that it was my fault, that I was wrong and that I had only made an enquiry. Although I gave him my name, tel number, car, arrive time and price of £69 to pay cash or cheque. He then said how are you paying. When i said cash he then said £89 take it or leave it. The pick on return was good, different man was nice.

Not trust them at all Unprofessional customer service Never trust the prices when you arrive there they getting advantage and ask for extra cash. For pick up they asked for cash too. My car been scratched in car park. Never recommend it to anyone else.

Never trust this car park Never leave you car in this car park They used my car and I received the penalty parking tickets in Manchester city center when I was in holiday. Still sending emails to Manchester city council to remove the penalty ticket from my car.

Lovely car park not far from the airport. The gentleman was ready for us when we arrived, on return he picked us up straight away and had our car waiting, will 100% book again

Car was parked up straight away & taken to the airport immediately, on returning an easy phone call & we were picked up about 5mins after. The car keys were handed back on return & we drove home. Very easy & straight forward experience, just as we wanted.

The price on the website is not the price you will pay. The booking confirmation price is higher. The price you pay on the day could be higher still as happened to me in June. When I complained I was told in no uncertain terms to 'take it or leave it' at 1.00a.m. Great customer service. You have been warned. Beware.

used this place 5 times now and just booked again for September. excellent service, close to airport. Had to return to uk early on last trip! but a quick call to them the day before and all sorted picked up and car waiting.highly recommended

All was well until I was picked up from the terminal on return, The large man who collected me immediately asked which car was mine as soon as I sat in the van, he then handed me my keys and set off, he then didn't speak all the way back to the farm making me feel something wasn't quite right, when we got there he quickly passed me my case and immediately headed off inside, I asked if I may use the toilet and he replied they didn't have one, i questioned this and then he said they had but it was broken, he then hurriedly disappeared, I put my case in the boot and walking around the car noticed a large deep fresh gouge of a scratch across the paint of my door mirror, I walked back towards the house and spoke to who I presume is the owner who was bringing another car out, I showed him the damage and he immediately told me it had not been done there, I explained I had washed the car by hand myself before dropping it off, after what was like calmly talking to a wall I asked about cctv as I know for a fact it had been done there, at this point I was told that you park at your own risk. They are liars, caused expensive damage to my car and denied any responsibility. Beware all that are thinking of using, you may be lucky but if your car sustains damage they deny and simply show you the exit

Away for 3 weeks, received geat service to and from the airport. Would definantely use again.
