Experiencing bed bugs at the Carnegie Court Hotel was a nightmare! On top of that, the lack of clean water led to my daughter developing a cold sore due to the poor hygiene standards. To make matters worse, witnessing a cleaner picking her nose and sticking it on my door over my keyhole was utterly repulsive. The combination of bed bugs, hygiene issues, and unprofessional behavior made our stay at the Carnegie Court Hotel a complete disaster. It's crucial for hotels to prioritize cleanliness and guest comfort to avoid such unpleasant experiences.
Went onto the pub only K67 attached to the hotel, i think the hotel is not taking booking due to housing refugees for the government at the moment but the pub food was Good and the pub looks really great after it's refurbishment very upper class feel and trendy spotService: 4/5
Parking is not free as advertised. We spent a few hours at the restaurant and the parking machine was not working properly. The hotel blamed the parking company and the parking company blamed the hotel. I asked the hotel for a receipt for the parking fees I paid for expenses. They ignored the same. Will not return here for a meeting, due to the above.
I was there last weekend and I enjoy my self Perfect customer service. And I like the guy at gent bathroom very friendly and looking smart with his decent blazer like a banker lol

Good food, service and location. Meeting relatives in the bar and had a scone and coffee. They had food from the buffet and enjoyed it. The only slight downside was paying to park thereService: 4/5
Having called to The Carnegie Court Hotel for Sunday Lunch, we were more than happy with our lunch. We both had a traditional carvery with Turkey Brest and all the trimmings. The Turkey was served hot, and the meat wasn't dry. Indeed, it was lovely and moist. I will be back again. They could improve the service by having a choice of minerals at the counter, and possibly small bottles of red and white wine. This would make the process a lot more efficient and allow you to have everything completed with one payment transaction. The Hotel could maximise sales so it would be a win, win for both customers and the Hotel !
My eldest child has their 30th here on Saturday the 27th Jan 2024. The whole experience was lovely. bar staff and floor staff were exceptionally lovely, so nice and accommodating, I was ordering margaritas all night and they had the patients of saints dealing with me, I'll definitely be back. It gets busy and that's great but still staff were just lovely. Door staff were lovely too, very polite and chatty. Some of the party had food and they said it was delicious. All in all I'll give the experience of 10/10 it was so nice to be somewhere. It's now Tuesday and we r still on a high of how good the whole experience was in k67Thanks #lgbtq+ inclusive. Food & drinks: Food and drinks was delicious at K67
