Booked a room online, due to bad weather the ferry from the UK had been cancelled on the day. The moment I got the notification I called the hotel and explained the situation and they assured me it would be no problem at all. Yet I have been charged €200 for a night despite I haven't been there. I understand cancellation policies, however I also think customer service is important! If a customer cant physically come because all ferries are cancelled and your customer service confirms the cancellation I should have been at least being advised of the charge. Great standard answer, but still no customer service. I will never waste my money on your hotel group again.Guaranteed.

An Airport Hotel. Comfortable and functional as you would expect from any Hilton. Modern and tasteful bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious & comfortable bar/dining lounge. Location is approx 3 miles from airport at a busy intersection (no in-room traffic noise issue tho) with nearby shops along a promenade with restaurants nearby. Malahide is a €10 or 10 min taxi ride away. Lots of pubs, clubs and restaurants there for a night out. Good for a stopover or a short stay. Recommended.

Great service. Good menu. Reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere. Restaurant manager on tonight ( 21.00) very helpful and friendly

Very noisy felt cool when doors opened to outside. Food chicken wings warm not hot. Fish good very fresh. Staff friendly and busy.

It worked well for us. Nice comfy beds, decent air con, good soundproofing, tea & coffee and a typically excellent Hilton breakfast. Live music on both nights we were there too. Taxi to and from the airport was 18 euro. We also took a taxi to Connolly station which cost 14 euro.
