But under expectations! We stayed 2 nights. It never happened to me in a 4-star hotel that after one night it was only quickly cleaned the bathroom and neither made the bed nor refilled the in-room cafeteria water, tea, .... In addition, the room floor was not clean and the tissue of the couch spotted. The only very well working facility was the shuttle bus from and to the airport. So, in short: good if you have to spend 1 night between flights. Choose other locations if you have to stay more. Noteworthy details: Very good shuttle connection with Dublin Airport
Our flight home was cancelled so we were put in this hotel for four days. The hotel is lovely; the desk receptionists were kind and understanding. There's a bar for refreshments if you're in to that. The hotel gave the "cancelled flight" people, as we were always referred to as, a buffet type dinner or a dinner in the bar area where we were allowed to order from a limited menu. The food wasn't bad, I just was hoping for a better variety. It seemed like it was pretty much the same sort of food everyday. The breakfast buffet was amazing; lots to choose from. The only real complaint I have, being American, was that there was no air conditioning in the room. The window opened about three inches wide and they did provide a fan, thankfully. I realize it's Ireland and doesn't get that warm there but I think it would've come in handy. A plus is that the hotel is less than two miles from the airport and they have a shuttle that will take you there free of charge. Overall, I would stay here again.
Great for airport. Expensive coffee, breakfast etc. great shuttle service . Lady at coffee bar in reception was very nice and helpful. Good value parking . On check in , girl in reception was rude and bored and gave impression she hated her job .I noticed her the following morning with same attitude. Another lady doing meet and greet in the floor area was lovely . Overall this hotel is exactly what it says on the tin.... Airport service hotel . Very convenient and efficient . Rooms: Nice and clean . Bed comfortable. Tea and coffee supplied. Good size room with two double beds .
Upscale hotel located minutes from Dublin Airport. Beautiful, modern hotel. Not cheap but very clean and has extremely professional staff. Restaurants and coffee bar in the lobby. Food was excellent. Casual, large bar near front desk. Overall an excellent stay although I did find it expensive. WIFI was awesome. Free shuttle to and from both terminals of the airport. Rooms: Clean, excellent hot water. Food & drinks: Excellent choice of restaurants in house.
Great hotel, highly recommend. Classy and great location. Hotel rooms are gorgeous and the staff is a delight. Great lobby and good food and drink options. Their Sticky Toffee Pudding and mocktails selection is great. Their wine is also super nice! Thanks for another great stay. If you need a hotel close to the Dublin Airport with a convenient, free shuttle - this hotel is a great choice! The rooms were very clean & the front desk staff was very kind & helpful. I am a solo female traveler and I really appreciate the safety of the hotel as well as the attentive staff. I also really appreciated the different restaurants/cafes on site especially since traveling can be a long journey, it was nice to have options. I also appreciated their luggage room. This was my very first stay when I arrived in Ireland and I was thoroughly pleased all around. The 24-hour shuttle was a huge convenience! I definitely recommend this hotel.
After 10 long days of travel, this was the perfect place to land for one night of quality rest to be ready for an early flight the following AM. Room was excellent - clean, modern, and comfortable. Though quite busy, all staff was patient and friendly, communication was clear and accurate, and we were so grateful for the 24 hour availability of everything particularly the coffee stand and the airport shuttle bus. Self checkout kiosk was a plus.
A good hotel for business use. Nice clean comfy bedrooms. Good breakfast, plenty variety. Parking is plentiful. Need the shuttle or car for the airport, 10 minute drive. Very busy.Rooms: 5/5
Very nice hotel, spacious room, very clean, great bathroom. Good restaurants in house. Best of all, close to the airport with free shuttle available. Only drawback was the cost of the room - a bit pricey, perhaps due to the US Football game being played in Dublin the weekend of our stay.Rooms: 5/5
Hotel had a beautiful lobby, appeared quite clean, however the pillow cases were nearly bare and had holes all in them, which I noticed the moment I looked at the bed. I’m very surprised that housekeeping didn’t care enough to throw them out and chose to keep putting them on the beds. Shuttle service to the airport was very nice and efficient. Driver wasn’t particularly friendly. Overall rooms were very nice, good for one night before the airport. Rooms: Rooms clean
