Absolutely great place to go. Lovely staff, great beer, great atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend .
Absolutely brilliant wee pub, lovely people, lots of history and I always feel completely at home there. Paul and his team run a very friendly place, Oxford Street is pedestrianised so it’s pleasant to sit outside when the weather is good, but it’s equally cozy inside when it’s not.
Even off season this is great place. There is an outdoor terrace with heaters. Big space inside and very friendly staff. Steeped in history so do ask the management about its connection to the Titanic. The area is lovely especially in the summer so don't be surprised if it is busy.
Pub itself wasn't too bad £11.00 for a bottle of old mouth and a pint of ale .jumping on the band wagon my 1st pont was london pride. Just Thames water but a bit clearer taste left a bit to be desired Wouldn't pay another visit

Just love The Grapes. Lots of history. Great atmosphere.
Great venue for a spot of 6 Nations. Staff are attentive and if you lucky enough to seat up around the bar then your glass won't wait long to be topped up.
Great night stay over. The staff were lovely and really helpful, the rooms were cosy with good, clean facilities. Definitely coming back on my next trip to Southampton
