This garage has re-engineered itself in recent weeks. With a very proactive front of house manager, highly experienced fitters the local service received and expected is wonderful.
Special offers on MOTS, offering time slots to suit the car owner and a full review of the cars condition puts this garage in a league with the top dealerships.
The option for manufacturers parts or third party parts is always available and allows some negotiation on the price .

UPDATE: Turns out these guys caused more harm then when they changed my water pump. They damaged the timing cover gasket, causing a leak of coolant into the oil...

I booked in to have a check up on the car one afternoon, turned up at the time agreed and the mechanic wasn't even there! There was just the apprentice who said he couldn't do anything. I had to take time off work to come at the 4pm time agreed which was annoying. Left my details to be called back and didn't receive get a call back. I then called in saying that I brought my car in at the agreed time but no one was there and I didn't receive an apology.

I asked when I can bring it in, preferably on the weekend as I work 9-5. He said they aren't open weekends, but on their website is says open from 9am-1pm. He then just said he would leave it with me as he had someone else on the other line. He didn't try and discuss with me a possible time, just seemed to want to take the other call.

I then sent an email requesting to bring the car in, and haven't had a reply.

The thing is they offer a great mechanical service for your car, its just the customer service which seemed a bit off. It didn't overly feel that they want my business and that I come first. Maybe they are just really busy.

I took my vw t4 van to this garage for a new clutch and leaky injector pump....the jobs were completed to a very high standard and very timely..i have nothing but praise for the garage the mechanics are very competent  and knowledgeable and the price of the work done was very competitive. ..my van is running more smoother  than its ever done...i would not hesitate to take it there again if needed..so excellent job lads keep up the excellent work and thank you very much.

I recently damaged the exhaust on my car and limped it into Brooklands Autocentre. I spoke to the man behind the desk and he took the keys and put the car straight onto the ramp to check what I had damage I had done. After a check over I was informed that I had damaged the catalyst and the rest of the exhaust was corroded and starting to blow. He also told me about my 2 front tyres being worn uneven and close to the legal limits. He offered to show me what was wrong and then quoted me for work to be carried out, he also explained that the parts were not available until the next day but offered to take me home. The next day the car was fixed and they also came and picked me up.
First time I have used them and it will not be the last. Excellent service
