This company ruined my 18 plate bmw 2 years ago .. they did not care in the slightest .. if you care about your car keep it away from this place .. They tried to blame the paint work problem from high content of lime scale in the water. There were white speckles of paint all over the car from another spray job they were doing and did not cover my car. I had to sell a 20 k car for 15k due to the issue… never use this franchise

My alloy wheels were starting to corrode and look very tired. Over the years I had used Chips Away and had always been 100% happy with body repairs. There are lots of alloy wheel refurbishment companies out there however, I thought after great consultation with Kirsty and her colleagues I would give Chips Away the opportunity. No surprise that the refurbishment exceeded my expectations and at a competitive price. What persuaded me was their professional and no-pressure approach and focus on customer service. Very good service with paintless repair of a couple of dinks in driver's door.  All done in a couple of hours.

Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel repair - STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRANCHISE. Refurbed a diamond cut wheel - did not replace the sticker on the alloy, and it started bubbling despite being kept in a garage over winter no more than three months after the repair. When I called to get some guidance, I was told that there was no warranty on the repair and basically told to get lost from Steve the new “manager”. Useless customer services and a very poor quality of refurb. I’ve had it done properly now and the other garage demonstrated the short cuts that these cowboys did. Even a complaint to their HQ was ignored. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere This place is only good if someone was patching up their car to get rid of it to con someone or a lease company. If it’s your car, and you care about to - AVOID  As I said - no customer service!! Clowns

Hi, This morning was pouring down with rain   We took our car to yourselves at 07.15 with intention to catch a taxi back home as you do. The downside was there was no taxis available. One of your employees took us home . The car was ready about 14.45 which we got a taxi to pick the car up and the workmanship was excellent. Thank you guys

Polite, and very helpful, always go to them with bodywork damage as they do an excellent job
