LV Insurance sent my almost new Mercedes AMG C43 here after an accident saying they were Mercedes approved. Initial repairs delayed because unable to obtain parts, it took six weeks to get my car back. A complete disaster different colour on all parts painted, poor finish, used non genuine parts making my warranty void! A list of 18 faults that they agreed to, what sort of quality control is that!! Car now with Mercedes Manchester with a rectification bill of £7500! And still not sorted! Be warned STEER CLEAR AT ALL COST. The ruined my £55,000 new car

Absolutely fantastic company. All of the staff I have dealt with are the most friendly & helpful people you could encounter. I'd happily recommend this accident repair centre to anyone. Thank you very much guys 👍

Becky at Gemini is an absolute star. She cant do enough for you!! My overall experience was A1 and the repair to my rear bumper was fantastic.
