An outstanding quality of work and service. I entrusted a new and expensive car for repair with Autocraft and could not have been more pleased with the experience or outcome. Steve handled quotation and scheduling, Judith kept in contact from a customer service perspective . The repair cost was highly competitive, the work was completed on time, I was kept informed of progress and the repair is indiscernible for the original manufactures finish.

Repaired my BMW and went above and beyond. After someone drove into me I went to Autocraft to have my car repaired. They replaced then bumper, light and fixed the damaged bonnet. I couldn't fault the service or the job which was completed on time and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Totally shocked by their customer service Didn't repair a radiator that was damaged in the collision to which the guy said that he owned two vauxhalls of a similar age and both of them had radiators that fell apart from corrosion, after some serious research vauxhall have never mentioned this or anyone else to be honest. They say the scratches that have appeared on my rear bumper and rear quarter panel couldn't have been done in their workshop. Yet the marks were not there when the vehicle was delivered to them I've worked as a mechanic for the past 23 years and never have i felt so disgusted with a firm as a whole right from the snotty receptionist chewing gum to the cock sure muppet who claims vauxhall radiators corrode to the extent they fall apart this firm needs avoiding!!!

So after leaving my company van with them for 3 days i ring to see what the situation is. They haven't started looking to make a quote as they didn't have anywhere to send the quote to. They had my number, my email and my companies email and didn't bother contacting anyone. So if i didn't happen to ring it would still just be sat at the garage. Not a great start.

Great Place, Outstanding work and customer service. Are totally understanding with nay issues when you call up. Would recommend to anyone!
