Chris Pitt was my sales guy when i cane in looking for a new car, i gave him my budget and what i was looking for. He showed me a few cars and i found one i really liked! He got everything sorted for me from start to finish! He kept in regular contact with me while waiting for my car and kept me up dated on everything! I could not if asked for better! Chris was fantastic and id definitely reccomend him and Furrows to friends and family looking for a trustworthy car sales business and person!

Very helpful staff COV-ID restrictions were still in place but able to look around the showroom and particular model we were interested in.  Also managed a full day test drive with short notice - thanks to the sales team for being there 8am to 6pm to let us get a real test.

Harpreet dealt with the sale of my car.  I rang very late on the Sunday afternoon just a few minutes before closing but Harpreet waited at the garage for half and hour for us to arrive so that we could view the car. She was very knowledgable about the car and explained everything clearly.  She was going on holiday the next day but she emailed me and responded to my questions whilst she was abroad.  She organized everything for a quick and efficient sale.  When I picked the car up Harpreet sat in the car with me for ages explaining everything.  My car was a seventeen year old Volvo so things have changed a great deal.  She set up Waze for me and my favourite radio stations and texted later that evening to check if everything was OK.   I felt very comfortable with her, when I expressed that all this technology was doing my head in she said, if I can get my head round this you certainly can, just break it down into bite size pieces.  More women like her on the team would be an asset to the company, she was hard working, knowledgeable, helpful, empathic and gave me time.  Very impressed.

I had taken out Ford Protect extended warranty which covers all mechanical and electrical components and labour costs. I went in for warranty work only to be told my warranty was not applicable to the job carried out and that I would need to pay the labour costs despite having warranty that covers this. They failed to contact Ford Protect to enquire about the warranty claim as I have since contacted Ford Protect claims directly and provided the details of the claim and the invoice and Ford Protect have authorised my claim and credited my account, why was this not ascertained on the day? Very disappointing as this should have been done at the time. This is not the only occasion I have been let down, not a single visit/dealing with the service team has been straight forward, some of the staff are not very approachable and can come across condescending with one occasion where they said the fault was fixed and as soon as I got my car back the issue was still there, I didn't even leave the forecourt! Service communication could be greatly improved and would make the customer experience so much better.

Good service , however it would have been nice to be offered a drink and advised of where the toilet was if needed .

Have recently purchased a new car from your Telford branch from a great sales guy Kevin . This is the 3rd car bought with Kevin as our sales guy. He is non pushy, helpful, friendly guy who explains everything about the cars and finance packages available. Would highly recommend to others for his professionalism and non pushy sales banter you sometimes find at dealerships. It made the purchase of the car easy and a pleasure. Would definately purchase via him again. A real asset to the branch.

Thank you for supplying my lovely eNiro. Great to have got to know it well on the test drive. It is just as I expected. So good to have a sophisticated electric car without any range anxiety.
