Jack is always so friendly, informative, polite and goes above and beyond. If I say please call me back, he does. I’ve been with furrows for 15 years and through that time I’ve dealt with lots and lots of different people, but Jack is fab. Kevin in service is always honest, also goes above and beyond, never knowingly overselling and trying to save money where he can, even rescuing me at a busy island when my Sportage died. After several visits 8 in the space of 12 months and despite a blip 18 months ago where I had a terrible experience, the team have been excellent. I would recommend the Jack and Kevin combo to anyone.

Took my E-Niro in for a service today. Was whilst I waited, so I hoped they would start the service promptly. They did just that. Got a handy video report of the health of my car.nAnd for a service including a full change of the battery cooling fluid 13.5 litres, the price was very reasonable.nThe staff are great and friendly.nFirst experience here, and can recommend.

It’s a week since we collected our new EV6, and we are thrilled with the car. The whole experience with Kevin the sales representative from walking into the showroom to driving away our car was pleasant, informative and professional. We had previously done research and knew which vehicle we were interested in. The guidance and subsequent test drive confirmed our decision. The process of ordering, payment, trading in our previous cars and collecting were clear and straightforward and completed within the suggested timescale. The help and guidance was good when buying a completely different type of vehicle, all our questions were answered and we felt confident driving away our brand new Kia EV6. Thank you Kevin.
