Just bought a Car off O Connells Automotive and I couldnt be happier with my experience and Tomas and Paul have restored my faith in Car Dealerships. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and have had a few bad experiences over time but from the off Tomas was up front and sincere and gave me a fair price for my trade in unlike my local Garages in the West. Had a few minor issues following purchase and they were sorted immediately and they even gave me a courtesy car for that period and were so easily acessable throughout as this can be a stressful experience but they were more than reassuring. I was also impressed with the quality of their stock and range. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will be paying a return visit soon as my Brother in Law is about to purchase and trade in his car and know that he will be sorted. With these Guys the customer is paramount. MD

Took time out of my Saturday to go out and try trade in against something, terrible assistance when at the garage.. left us sitting in a room before giving me a number to contact to value my trade in which never responded to many messages… shocking service and a waste of time going all the way out there

Sent several messages requesting information on a honda civic hybrid regarding mileage. Never responded and the mileage is not listed on their website or on their done deal page. Obviously not interested in customers expression of interest.

I just had to leave a review to compliment the service from this garage and the quality of cars they have, Nigel has excellent sale skills not pushy like some other garages and went above and beyond to find the car of my dreams one or to minor issues were fixed quickly and efficiently and after having bad experiences in the past with other garages I'm so happy I found this garage I know where I will be buying cars from now on. It makes a huge difference to have peace of mind when buying a car. Thanks again Nigel

Bought a car here a couple months ago. Had asked for a few things to be done before purchase which weren’t done but when I mentioned it to them they took the car back and ticked all the boxes and provided a courtesy car in the meantime. They even met me at my office to swap the cars over. Great business and friendly staff.

I've bought 2 cars from them in the last 4 years,  I was dealing with Tom and found him very honest gave me great advice on many of the cars on show.

Very Good Car Sales Company. I was dealing with Tom when we bought the car. The few issues that we pointed out after the test drive were taken care of quickly and without fuss. Tom was easy to deal with and never left us waiting long for a call back. Very Professional. Happy to recommend this Company.
