Only at early stages of repair assessment but having had contact with Tracey and Lockie I couldn’t be more impressed with the efficiency, competency and helpfulness of this garage. A really pleasant surprise in what can sometimes be a difficult field in which to find such good service.

Repair of scuff on bumper. Paint was rough, perhaps with impurities, bumper reinstalled with inconsistent gap - not straight. Gap was not inconsistent before they had the car - the car was only two months old. Was told they could not fix it the problems thry caused. Currently disputing through Skoda customer service.

I have used Doseley Motors for a previous repair to my Audi A5 cabriolet in September 2013 when someone reversed into me in a car park and they damaged my passenger wing, bumper, headlamp, i was due to go on holiday for 25 nights and the guys at Doseley were superb, i was loaned a ford fiesta for the duration of the repairs which sat at a hotel car park in Southampton for most the time, upon my return the work on my Audi had been carried out and i was delighted, no fuss, i was kept informed by emails by Tracy as i was out of the UK. On the 11th May 2015 i caught the rear 1/4 panel on my Mercedes E class cabrio on my garage door frame, i had no hesitation is making my choice Doseley motors, the car was booked in for the repair and once again i was kept informed of every stage of the repair. I hope never to have to use them again but its good to know should i be unlucky i know where to go : ) I am quite a fussy person (on the verge of OCD) and would have no hesitation in recomending them to repair any car : ) Thanks again to Tracy and the team
