Bought a car from here and couldn’t drive away because it had no mot, next day they took the car for an mot (it failed) 2 days later pick the car up with a fresh 12 months mot (dodgy mot) there was no invoices or receipts to show me for the parts that was supposed to have been fitted (coil springs and break discs) 2 weeks later took it back for new power steering pump and the brakes was making scraping noise and there was a lot of water coming from exhaust pipe, clutch was slipping an a lot of smoke coming out the back of exhaust,,picks the car up the next day notices a tear in the seat which had been patched up with black duck tape!!! I asked them about it, they knew nothing about it so they say,, am pretty sure I would of noticed it when viewing the car before buying,, they say they pride them selfs on 35 years in the business,, in all honesty I wouldn’t buy a tin of beans off these,,, so if your looking or thinking on buying from here,, please give it some serious consideration,, do not be fooled by all the good reviews, buyers beware buyers beware

I think Michael jones comments are rude and extremely likely unjust, this garage puts 12 months MOT on all their used cars once you have bough the car hence no drive away deals are available. From my own personal experiences I have dealt with the people at Broadoaks for the last 26 years and there has never been an issue when I’ve asked for assistance and given that the MOT is done at another company and the fact that this company failed michaels car shows it’s simply ligit. If I were you as a prospective buyer, go along and meet them and test their skills and honesty along with their very approachable and friendly way of treating people. M Jones ought to be less aggressive with his words and careful about his actions too as I would state that his comments are Liable in common law.
