Took my fathers Fiesta in with a slight parking scuff on the rear wheel arch. There were no marks or damage on the rear door or any other panels. Came back with the rear door completely resprayed as well! There was no way this was to blend in the paint as it looked 10 times worse when handed back as the needlessly sprayed rear door was now far darker than the front. They didn’t even bother to remove the door scuff trim as it was obvious bad masking up had been undertaken over it . Seems more work was done than necessary as it was an insurance job.

Our car had to be repaired and resprayed; dealing with Motor Bodies Widnes was a totally positive experience from start to finish - all the staff were really helpful and the communication both by phone and text was great - we were very impressed.

I would like to thank Wayne and the team at Motor Bodies for the professional way I was dealt with during a recent visit. I was treated with the most courteous manner and my car was returned to me on time and to an extremely high standard of workmanship. I would highly recommend Motor Bodies and would not hesitate to contact them again in the future. Keep up the good work guys 👍

Great service; customer service was excellent and I felt looked after from the moment they were assigned to repair my vehicle by my insurer. They kept me up to date daily on the progress of my vehicle via text, e-mail and telephone. Professional job successfully and promptly completed and my vehicle is now fully restored like new. Highly recommend.

Appalling service. Sent new Audi for repair post a hit and run accident on my vehicle. I was assured by Audi care that they would sort it . Their preferred body shop was MB Widnes...after taking my vehicle there for assessment and booking in, I was assured that there would be a courtesy car available to take whilst the repairs were carried out..... Then the farce began ... I received a call to say they would not honour their commitment as it was an Audi problem.... Audi showed me their documents clearly stating MB were responsible for the hire car...... MB agreed ...then said it wasn't their problem ... it was my insurers... My insurers said it was MB!!! So it went on and on and on ...... and on!!! The car was due in tomorrow so I called MB who still refused to supply a car... back to Audi who tried too.......still a rather arrogant refusal despite having once agreed it..... The up shot took the business to another Audi approved body shop in Manchester who kindly sent someone to look at the car... agree to do the job and delivered a courtesy car to my foot immediately!!! Shame on Motor Bodies Widnes for what I feel has been an exceptionally poor display of customer service ..... I hope that you can justify loosing over £2000 of work to your owners and shareholders over an industry standard issue Very disappointing indeed!!!!!!!!!!
