Staff were wonderful, not expecting to have to get new car, because of accident wrote off family motor. Helped us with finance and so easy to understand with total and monthly price displayed for all cars. Finance stuff dealt with online, and kept us informed how things were going. So accommodating as had to change time I could pick car up not a problem.
Staff friendly and not pushy, helpful with all things car related, they give you the true part ex price instead of trying to haggle you down. What you see is what you get. Great selection of cars. After service is really good phoned once a week and any issues sorted straight away not that I’ve had any more me asking them questions. Overall excellent and highly recommended.
Had a really positive experience here.. only came with the intention of “window shopping” before probably purchasing elsewhere. The team weren’t pushy at all, Lauryn dealt with us on our first visit and was really helpful and let us browse loads of cars. As it turned out Motorpoint offered the best price for our old car to part ex and the best price on what we were looking for so we arranged for a car to be transferred from another site. Jake dealt with us when we came to collect, and let us take our time, anything he didn’t know he found out for us & we had our young baby with us so we as even more appreciated the leisurely relaxed approach and can’t beat free hot drinks! We have been to Motorpoint twice now and staff have been nothing but fantastic. Our first trip was professionally handled by Ewan and then the most recent yet again amazing service by Fil. They offered us great deals and managed to walk away with an excellent car with no hassle whatsoever.
Awful service from start to finish. No one came outside to help us, when we did get inside all the systems were down. They couldn’t find keys for the car I wanted to look at and then when I found one I liked they told me it was sold. I then was stopped on my way out to say actually it isn’t sold. I traveled from a car for a car that was in site on line to get there to be told Its not there the website hasn’t been updated. The staffs lack of awareness of what was on site was surprisingly bad.Really really poor service from start to finish would never come here again to look for a car.
Atrocious experience. I was promised if I got my old car MOTd for part exchange I would recieve 1300. After my new car was delivered they only knocked 800 off the new car, despite being informed I had got an MOT not what was agreed at the time of sale. Been over a month phoning and made over 30 calls and got phobbed off every time and told staff members where off who dealt with it constantly. Absolutely disgusting, dishonest and appealing customer service. I wouldn’t buy from this company ever again and wouldn’t recommend anyone does.
Aftersales seriously letting the side down As a family, we have bought 6 cars from Motorpoint. I must say the buying experience is slick and the prices of the cars are good. However, following our most recent purchase the car developed a number of very obvious and dangerous faults. These were reported within days but the response from Motorpoint has been very disappointing. It is now some weeks since the purchase and owing to the poor after sales service I feel I’m left with no choice but to attempt to resolve the issues myself and at my own expense. I suppose if your buying a car without any faults from Motorpoint then they offer a good service clearly when your spending your money with them. However, if the car has faults then I hope you have better service than I did getting them sorted.
I Have purchased 5 cars from Motorpoint which says that I am generally happy with thier service. However I am very disappointed with my most recent purchase. There was no Navigation system in place. Told I needed an SD Card, after several weeks, it finally arrived. However, it does not work. Tried to phone Motorpoint several times, with no reply. So I have to go to the store again, which is the 4th time. After spending £17000, I would have expected a bit more customer care, which I have had previously. A small but to me, an important requirement as I do travel a fair few miles, and need to be confident that I can find my way to a destination.
Welcomed straight away by a lovely gentleman l, who was very knowledgeable and informative about the cars. He wasn't pressuring us but helped us make an informed decision.
Had a good experience part exchange for my xar at the end of October. Needed to contact today telephone 3 times answered once promised call back still waiting 5hrs later not good enough very disappointing after sales
