Download the app before arriving. It's quite slow to setup, create account etc. The "scan and pay" qr code doesn't work, it gives option to park for 2hs, 4hs, 6hs or 24 hs, but you always end up having to pay for full day, regardless of what you select. Scam?
It's amazing, the best place you can park a car in the whole world!!! It's got white lines on the floor, you can even pay to park there Loved it , can't wait to go again
It boggles my mind that an adult has come up with the payment system in this car park. I witnessed at least 5 other people wandering around baffled as to how to pay. Making initial payment is difficult enough, but don’t even mention extending your session. It’s a shambles of a car park and whoever is in charge should be ashamed.
Despite what the parking signs say, on a Saturday you have to pay for the full day £15.40 rather than nd shorter period say 4 hours at £5.90. The location etc. Is very good but you do end up feeling "scammed" by the charging, hence the one star.
Online payment system is operation once you've navigated this yo pay. It's not a bad place to park, although spaces are limited during peak times.
A great car park location. Was kind of confusing to pay but you just download the app. We arrived after 6pm on the Friday evening and paid £12 for 2 day parking!
Omg. What a rip off. Went during the week for a couple of hours. Cost just over 3 quid. Yep that's good. Went on a Saturday dame timings cost me.over 15 pounds. Clearly because there are less travellers. So on a Saturday it costs 5 times the price it dies during the week. Such a rip.off
Good for a day out, reasonable prices and good location. If you don’t mind walking 10-20 minutes to get to the lanes or to the seafront, this is definitely one of the best car parks in Brighton but not the biggest one. You can pay calling the phone number shown but I do not advice that. Instead, you can pay online scanning the QR code or simply downloading the app. I did not try a stay overnight
Always busy. The app for the parking isn't quick or easy to use. Have had issues with it multiple times. But there is no other option to pay for parking.

What impressed me the most was the friendly and helpful staff who were readily available to assist with any queries. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors. Brighton train station car park definitely made my journey more enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of reliable and stress-free parking while traveling by train. I'll definitely be using this car park again in the future!
