Very centrally located, 5 mins walk from seafront. It has a great deal, if you arrive between 6am - 9am and leave before 23:59 it's only £10 to park all day, if you arrive at any other time however it is not cheap.nnThe car park is multistory and has about 5 floors. It is quite old and run down and stinks of pee. The spaces are not very big and the turnings are a bit tight, so be careful if you have a big car. There is no lift, so if you have lots of big luggage or are a wheelchair user then I'd encourage you to look elsewhere.nnThe staff are great though, very happy, polite and helpful.nnThere is only one place you can pay, which is right at the entrance / exit ramp for the cars.
£10 for all day parking in Central Brighton if you arrive between 06:00hrs and 09:00hrs and leave before 23:59hrs. What's not to like about that? If you can't be bothered to read the signs and can't/won't arrive at these times then pay more. Even the nearby NCP has a similar offer for £10.95. The parking attendant was cheery and said Good morning to us.nnI checked the photos of the cars to see if I needed to bring our smaller car, but our large estate car was fine. It's a 1950's/1960's structure so some spaces are tight. We drove up to the top level and there were more large spaces. Even from the top level it's only 2 flights of stairs and there is a separate pedestrian ramp that most people miss. The stairwells do have an aroma, but to be fair the whole of Brighton City Centre is rather grimey. Do you really think you're going to get a brand new £100k lift, ultra wide family bays and parking for £10? I will definitely park here again.
Avoid this car park unless you enjoy overpaying for the privilege of risking life.n•Unsafe for families: No family bays, no lift, and you’re literally forced to walk your kids and pram on the same ramps used by moving cars. Otherwise, try the smelly stairs while carrying kids, shopping and a pram.n•Filthy conditions: Each level reeks of urine and worse. It’s like parking in a public toilet someone forgot to clean.n•Sneaky pricing: Huge sign shouts “£10 all day” – but the small print buries the catch: it only applies if you crawl in between 6–9 a.m. We ended up paying £19 for just three hours.n•Cramped spaces: very tight. Not for families.nnOnly thing this place has going for it is the location – which explains why they get away with it. But trust me, you’re better off parking literally anywhere else.nnDon’t risk it.
Convenient location for the high street /piere/station.nPrice a bit high.nSpaces are quite narrow for SUV cars MG hs but doable. Got a hook cover plate nicked there from the back of my car and I literally had a car for 10 days .
Amazing how there are people who are capable of writing bad reviews, but not capable of reading signs or checking the internet beforehand. If you’re there before 9am it’s unbeatable parking in the perfect place between the Lanes and North Lanes - 10£ all day. The spots are small like in every parking garage. I guess if you can afford an SUV then you can probably afford and find a garage with bigger spots - worked ok for uns and we‘ve got a fairly big car. To sum it up: It was extremely pleasant for us. 90% of the bad reviews are from people who didn’t check before, bummer
