Fairly simple station with some shops at the gates, they don’t show the platforms of the trains until ~30 minutes before though, so do expect some wait if you are there early. Station is fairly clean and easy to access the platforms as it’s all on the same level
A not very big station, with beautiful architecture. Civilized, clean, you can find some cafes, shops and kiosks with snacks. Right at the exit is the bus stop.
Had a lovely day trip exploring the beach, pier, and local restaurants and cafés. Would recommend it for a long weekend stay. I loved the really visible LGBTQ+ flags and support everywhere!! Made me feel very welcome.
Brighton Station is like taking a step in the past due to the fact of how old the Station is. If anyone is into old Stations then Brightons Station should be on your list. Trains are regular into London when they are running smoothly and you can get a direct train to the Amex stadium if you are into the football. Can get very crowed since all trains terminate here so make sure you have your ticket ready and expect a queue for the loo if you need to go.
Brighton Train Station is a great place to catch a train in Brighton. It's not too busy, and a train to London and Heathrow Airport runs every 15 minutes, which is really convenient. The station is clean and tidy, making it a pleasant place to wait for your train.nnDuring Brighton FC home games, the station can get quite busy, but it's still manageable. There are eight platforms, and the station has facilities for people with disabilities, which is good to see. Inside the station, you'll find toilets, coffee shops, W.H. Smith, and M&S, so you can grab a snack or a magazine while you wait for your train.nnOverall, Brighton Train Station is a convenient and well-equipped transportation hub in Brighton, making it easy for locals and visitors to travel to and from the city.
