Very expensive. £19.80 for 3 hours Floor was wet and slippery in places, not good when this was the disabled zone. Lift was out order But on Pride Sunday at 11:30am, it's was great to find easy parking and parking in the shade.
I’ve never left a review of a car park before, and the car park is fine albeit expensive however on my way out of the car park there was a couple sat in the stairwell, and on the way back in they were still in the car park but wondering around. I don’t like to pass judgement but by their behaviour and slurring words I would say they are a couple that regularly take drugs, I personally felt really unsafe walking through the car park as a lone female. I’d recommend parking elsewhere/closer to the seafront if you are parking on your own, even if it’s more expensive, especially if you’re visiting in the evening I was parked 16:30-21:30
Do not expect the Park Pass 'APP' to work. Waste of time. Extortionate prices. Forced to pay full price just to leave the car park. And don't expect anyone to answer the call button at the barrier. If only one could deduct stars. If you do park there, be prepared for an expensive ticket on departure, assuming the barriers work.
One of the entry barriers didn't work on the way in so a huge queue was being created. Always busy when shows at the nearby Dome about to start /finish. Shame they don't do the standard evening rate any more but continue to charge by the hour as now it's just expensive, slow and inefficient. It's much faster and cheaper to park a 5 minute walk away from Dome rather than a 2 minute walk away
Yes all worked well in the end. Only problem was lack of instructions if you have pre-paid. You just drive out but nothing to tell you this when there are huge lines of people who are wanting to use the pay machines after a concert. Would use again now we know but wasted a lot of time having to speak to someone via a payment machine & explain that you are not pushing in at the front of the queue.
Very expensive to park but the location is great. I've never had a problem with the security of my car when I'm here. The stairwell can at times smell suspicious. But it is right in the middle of the lanes for easy access.
Used parking due to the EV chargers however I nearly got my car broken into. The cameras on my car picked up someone looking through the windows in the early hours. Luckily I had nothing on show otherwise I’m sure it would have been broken into. Noticed some other reviews on here where they hadn’t been so lucky
Where do you start the smell when you step out of your car once parked meant to be a family car park how could you even let your kids touch anything in this place is beyond me ,plus drug using on the premises we called the lift and a man popped out the lift with a syringe in his hand with what it looked like heroine. How you get away with charging top money for a run down car park
Do not park here! I had my car broken into overnight here with nothing on show. Clearly people just chancing it on cars parked overnight here. Stairwells stink of urine. Overall a dirty, smelly and unsafe place. To top it off I was charged 64 pound for a 48 hour stay. Don’t bother.
Overpriced and on a theatre/Dome night can take hours to get out if you're unfortunate enough to be on the top floor. Always idiots who've failed to pay due to massive queue for the only machine which works 50% of the time hence holding up the line.
