Absolutely shocking price! I’ve never known a car park so expensive. £17.85 for 2hrs 20mins of parking. I’m new to the area and just randomly parked, expecting your average parking prices. Went to the cinema and came out to a shock. I nearly fell over in total unobliterated shock. Absolutely mad. They got me this time, through naivety of the local area. Well, they won’t get me again I can assure you. The car park literally a 30 second walk is only around £4.50 for about the same about of time. If your going the seafront/beach, it’s easy access, but that’s it. It wasn’t like the car park was particularly clean and well maintained, for £17.50 I’d expect someone to come and collect my car, clean it, and park it for me, and then bring me a complimentary bottle of bubbly later! Not again.
Absolutely shocking.. £12 for an hour and half. Place is covered through out with graffiti and spaces are tight with limited lighting due to some lights not working.. Should be a main focus point for the council.
We came out of a show to find a massive queue waiting to use the only two payment machines for the entire 7 storey car park. There are signs advising the use of an paying app...waste of time; they don't work. Eventually got to the payment machine after 35 minutes wait to find another shock; £23:80 for 3 hours parking. Robber's dogs!! Our niece used the adjacent Churchill Square car park, had minimal wait and paid under £5. Lesson learnt...avoid NCP in future.
I have used this car park to stay overnight for the last 7 years. After booking a 3 day park I decided to move it into town. Zero security glass everywhere from previous reviews of cars that have been broken into. How can that give you confidence when the glass hasn’t even been swept up. For the money you could easily employ a 24 hr security guard. DO NOT Leave anything on show leave your GLOVE box open. NCP need to sort this out it’s a joke..
A complete rip off! Avoid like the plague. £5.95 per hour. Cost us almost £12 to park for a little over an hour. There does not seem to be any warning sign of prices until you are already on your way in, with other cars behind you, so too late to change your mind and reverse out. Spoiled our trip to Brighton. Just awful!
Awful! Avoid! Central location is the only thing going for this car park. Dirty, full of homeless on upper levels. Parked my car on level 15 during the day, when I returned at night it was the only car on that floor, needles on floor, excrement everywhere. I felt very unsafe despite being a solid 15st male. 1 lift not working. The 2nd lift stunk of urine. Very expensive. Avoid. Please do not use this car park in any circumstances. Its unsafe
After parking one night and getting charged 35 quid . Got broken into 5 k worth of theft , the car park won’t share cctv unless the police ask , the police won’t investigate they have no interest . This crime should be easily resolved but police and car park won’t help. makes you think who the real criminals are
Parked here last night whilst visiting the cinema. Apart from the obscene price, the lift was out of order, and when we returned there was a human s**t in the stairwell. Along With a homeless man smoking crack sitting on the stairs, who we had no option but to walk past to get to our car. A truly terrifying and disgusting experience never to be repeated.
Dependable but too expensive. The one opposite is cheaper and I assume it offers the exact same service. Also NPC's stairs in Brighton stank of human pee very intensively. For such a high fee I would expect them to clean their stairs daily.
This is a dreadful car park. Floors 9 and 10 has become tent city with many homeless people there plus people in sleeping bags down the stairs, we left our car overnight and our passenger window was smashed. No security there at all. It cost us almost £33 for the privilege! Disgusting! Spoilt what was our daughters graduation celebration!
