Do not use this company..... They took our money and we received NO confirmation/booking reference number /payment receipt /details of pick up times, place or terminal or any terms and conditions. All we received was an email written by a lady ( not standard documentation) saying to call a number 25 minutes before our arrival at the airport and not to worry if he doesn’t answer for quite sometime!!! They had no clue of the terminal we were travelling too and we had no clue as to what car park or floor we were heading to meet this person!! I emailed 3 times and called twice and no answers to my questions of authenticity! We questioned whether it was even a reputable company..... so we cancelled our booking.

Do not deal with this company. Their service is appalling and the person on the telephone rude. Yesterday we waited for an hour and a half for our car and everytime I called I was told "the car will be with you shortly". When I called again they would put the phone down. There were about 8 families in the same predicament. One waited almost 2 hours and they had young children. I am amazed how this company is still allowed to operate and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and other relevant authorities. Think twice about using them. You will regret it. Sean Duffy

Another bad review! Last week we picked up our car after having been on holiday for two weeks. There are two deep scratches on the side and bumper and finer scratches along the entire side of the car. Furthermore it seems that the roof window had been left open (despite us having purposely closed it as we handed the car over!) as the car had a lot of water and dust inside. The exterior is muddy and the car has clearly been left in a field (or similar). Poor service, unhelpful employees and general bad vibe from this company.

Beware! There are various apparently independent companies all operating this desperate 'service'. The drop off was difficult to arrange as they didn't answer the phone. The pick up meant waiting for an hour in the car park. When the car did appear the driver asked no questions or for any ID we could have been anyone. To top it all we couldn't get out of the car park without paying £3.80 short stay fee. There were many unhappy customers of these 'different' companies but the personnel were all the same. So if your dropoff/pickup point is level 1of car park 5 avoid!

Absolute shambles of a Company. It is not meet and Greet at all and made us wait 40 minutes to get the car back. It is much quicker to get a bus to any of the off site parking services. I will be contacting Trading Standards because what is advertised is totally untrue. When I called to ask where the car was the person who answered was rude and said he had told me the situation and why did I keep ringing! It was the first time I had called! Warning - Stay well away from this Company!!!
