Great parking choice. Unsure if there a better spot. When you arrive - take note that its a underground one. Convince: 4.5/5 not sure how busy it is on average. Safety: 4.5/5 carpack is well protected with access only doors by validating parking tickets.
Finally used Regency. Never realised there was 3 levels, I parked in 1 which was full and upon driving out noted level two which was completely empty and level 3 was ¼ full. Personally found the left hand entry lane a pain on exit, I will be using the right hand lane next time only for more maneuverability on exit. Reason being I had extra long and wide sports car. Entry and exit bit tight for the car due to security gate but no dramas driving extra slow. But as already mentioned by others, it's expensive. It nice and secure system but its an old car park. Modern and spacious could warrant the high price but this wasnt
As car parks go, this one was nice and spacious. The only reason I gave a low rating was the price. I appreciate all parking is expensive in Brighton but we just went over the 4 hour tariff which then meant paying £20 for 4 hrs 15m as it entered 4-9 hrs tariff. London prices but not London.
Ridiculously expensive parking for very narrow bays. Spent £18.5 for parking there over 4hours… They’ve definitely increased their rates in recent months as this used to be our regular parking whenever visiting Brighton… not anymore. Loads of other parking closer to the pier so use this as your final option!
Great car park in perfect location. Although still fairly expensive, much cheaper than others. Safe and secure with even secure pedestrian access. Will use again
Secure parking, you need your ticket to be able to get back into the carpark to collect your car. Reasonably priced for a town centre area, £17 the day. Will be using this carpark again. Only downside was the entrance area was a bit gloomy upon our return, unfortunately there is not much they can do about this.
This car park has a lot of security theatre in that you can only access it on foot with a valid car park ticket. Some websites and signage in the car park claims that the EV charging is free, but this is not true, so don't be fooled by what you may read.
On the surface this appears to be a secure car park with metal gated access and pedestrian access with a swipe of the parking ticket. However there was a smell of urine in the car park and all up the stairwell; we even had to navigate past a man near to the pay machine who had to move drug needles out the way as they were all over the floor. On top of that £28.95 for over night parking seemed a bit steep!
Great location, often found spaces here during very busy periods and feels very secure. Down side is it always smells horrendous. Either urine, garbage or "local fragrances".. mostly a combination of the three. Also very expensive. I wish they used that money to clean it up a bit more!
An Expensive Car Park! We parked for 5 hours and paid £20!!! The parking bays were a little narrow. Not an issue to park the car but easier for irresponsible people hitting your car with their doors. On the bright side, feels like a secure place that is very close to the beach. I would have given a 5 star if it was not so expensive.
