Promised a delivery date of today, day taken off work to receive TV No phone call from them, I call them and turns out that their staff member that was dealing with me didn't even book a delivery onto the system or some other lie to cover a complete failure of customer service tried to talk to the manager who was just arsey Think might just cancel the order, Bright House can't seem to sort something as simple as delivery of a TV to a property that is less than 5 minutes away from their office. Staff unwilling to own up to mistakes, and a manager that likes to make excuses and lie to customers to cover his failing staff. No wonder Bright House always receive such negativity in the press.
This shop is a great place to visit if you can't afford to buy the things you want out right they have a good selection of things to get they also have a website that you can use to help you get what you want, good price on furniture or TVs and game systems or even phones perfect for that Xmas present
