Poor service. A couple of difficult customers created gridlock in the store. Apparently my order has been ready for collection for 10 minutes now. Not as ready as I am to get out of here. By the way, just so you don't think this is just a moan... There are 6 customers in the building... Not 60.

BIG THANK YOU.
Restored my faith in people today when my lad left his mobile in the store. Another customer spotted it and handed it in to staff. Unfortunately we have no details of this person so I'm posting on here. Again massive thank you whoever you are.
