I use this argos a lot especially when the sales are on the toys. I much prefer the hardshaw centre one over the retail park. I went in today to collect quite a large fast track order and the lady who served me was lovely and very helpful, I asked for bags which she said there wasn’t any big ones but they had bin bags (free of charge) and I told her anything would be fine it was just so my children didn’t see presents and she said I could go look through the catalogues with the kids whilst she got everything in the bags for me and she’d give me a shout when they was ready. Never had any problems with this store ever. Can be quite busy at Christmas which is only natural but that’s why I order online and collect in store 😁

The man who served me was very helpful and politel. I have no hesitation in recommending this argos to everyone. Thank you for your kindness and help.

Absolutely amazing customer service ,busy Saturday and went out of their way to help , got home delivery for Tuesday morning on retro game I couldn't find anywhere else well done Argos
