Took my phone in to have a new on off switch repaired. Was working fine only that that now my flashlight on my camera doesn't work. Now I have to waste another half an hour on my lunch break taking it back to the shop and another day waiting for them to try and fix it. Very very unhappy. Sloppy workmanship.

Left me with my screen hanging off had to wait a week for it to get fixed he gave me phone case to keep it safe... but my screen got a little crack on it through not being on securely so it void my warranty? Paid £65 and now stuck with a screen hanging off so my phone keeps flashing 😐

I had the bad experience of taking my phone in for repair. My phone went it for a screen repair, when it come to collecting the phone the screen was working fine but had multiple other issues that could only be down to the bad workmanship and lack of knowledge shown by this store. After multiple trips back too the store to fix the speaker and the charger port which was working perfectly on the original visit. I was rudely told that there is nothing they could do and would be offering no compensation! But willing to send the phone off to be fixed properly at my cost

Nervous – they have my Phone and Password !!! I took my iPhone 6Plus to Random Mobiles (16 Aug 2017) where Duncan (the owner) promised to replace the screen. Having taken the phone home I realised it did not work. Returning it to Duncan he said he would fix it, very reluctantly I was convinced to give him my password !!!! However, for a week now he has refused to answer my calls, texts and emails. He has my phone and my password, access to all my data. I am nervous, is he attempting to defraud me, take my identity or simply steal my phone. If he can’t repair the phone, why does he not just say so, why refuse to communicate with me???? Yes, I have Consumer Rights, but these take a long time to enact, however, you can be assured I will call on the full extent of the law against a person who has left me in such a state … Please if you have any decency Duncan … reply to this N.B. : having spoken to the Police they advise you should ever give your phone password out

Mobile Phone is Worse Now Than Ever Sent my phone in repair for sim card reader replacement, said they replaced it but problem still there, I had doubts they could repair it as other companies said they will not repair it as it's too complex my phone is Xperia z5 premium, collected it on friday(27/10), now it's showing no sim card- no service as before it just says no service on the day i collected it I noticed my camera was not working, phoned them on Saturday as they were closed Friday late afternoon and the woman said bring it in so I did on Monday but the guy said basically I'm not telling the truth and would not touch it, BE AWARE IF YOU SEND PHONE IN FOR REPAIR CHECK THE PHONE OVER BEFORE YOU LEAVE PHONE WITH THEM FOR PROVE AND AFTER
