My fridge/freezing went bust this particular Tuesday evening. So I went online and bought a replacement straight away as I have kids ect, was decent price in black which is a bonus for me. Buying online was easy enough paid for next day delivery £19.99 for Wednesday thought fair enough could of got it free for thursday but needs must. I was then given my time slot which was 1505-1905 thought great it’s going well this.
Then phone rang at 1840 jus before deadline from the delivery team stating that they can’t deliver the product because they’ve ran out of driving time, thought typical asked them what I need to do now they said ring up Currys they should give you a refund for the  delivery cost. Thought ok fair enough straight on phone thought to my self they’ll send it back out tomorrow all with be well bit of a mess around but these things happen. After a gruelling 30minutes on hold I was told I’ll get a refund for the delivery cost l. He then rang knowhow who was delivering it and was told they can’t get it back out till Saturday I though you serious? I went back online and if I bought another one I could get it for next day and have a morning time slot. So I don’t understand why they fobbed me off and let me wait 3 days with no fridge/freezer and yet can still buy another one and get it for the next morning. Why didn’t they jus let me have that slot seen as I’ve paid for the product in full. Bad customer service and bad problem solving I’ll think twice about dealing with Currys again..

Staff pushy for insurance must have said no 10 times no exaggeration nearly complained to head office. Clearly they would rather you didn't buy the product instead of buying and not taking insurance. Spent a lot over the years and fed up with poor service and annoying insurance push wasting my time.

Good range of items offered here. We went to pick up a few bargains in their sale but came out empty handed. Look closely at the price labels and you'll see that the original price has only been offered for one month in total in the past year to comply with regulations. The lower price you see is their normal price eleven months of the year. So you're not really getting a bargain.

Got the product i wanted, but salespersons always give you some kind of snake oil pitch to make you buy extra tat that is overpriced and poor quality, like cables that they insist you cannot do without for your tv etc etc..
Buyers beware, the vast majority of these salespeople dont have a clue what the majority of products are or are not capable off, do your research and don’t be mugged off
